Booking and Payments

- Venue Requirements: Clients must ensure a suitable performance area free of hazards for the safety of our entertainers. Any additional equipment or special arrangements required must be communicated in advance.
Client Responsibilities
- Age Requirement: All attendees and clients must be at least 21 years of age. Bottoms Up Party strictly adheres to this age restriction for all events.
- Conduct: Clients and guests must behave respectfully towards our entertainers and other attendees. Any inappropriate behavior or violation of our terms may result in the immediate cessation of services without a refund.
- Privacy and Media: Recording of performances via video, photography, or social media is strictly prohibited without Bottoms Up Party’s and its performers’ explicit consent.
General Provisions
- Liability: While we take utmost care in our performances, Bottoms Up Party is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.
- Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Bottoms Up Party harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.
